1. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the platform — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed, with any associated balances subject to review. okber reserves the right to verify your identity at any point using information provided during registration or through additional documentation requested directly from you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. okber will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel, and you should never share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact our support team immediately so that appropriate measures can be taken to secure your account. okber cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information or from unauthorized access that results from your own negligence.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
All players using okber agree to conduct themselves in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times while using the platform. You must not engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform, including but not limited to unauthorized access attempts, introduction of malicious software, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes. All funds deposited and wagered on okber must be derived from legal sources, and okber may request documentation to verify the origin of funds at any time. Players are expected to treat all support staff and other users with courtesy and respect — abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward any party will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension. okber reserves the right to take whatever action is necessary, including the withholding of funds pending investigation, if there is a reasonable suspicion of any breach of these obligations.
5. Payments & Transactions (Philippine Peso)
All financial transactions on okber — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid, registered in their own name, and capable of processing PHP transactions. okber does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources, and any funds deposited from accounts not belonging to the registered player may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of each transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures. okber aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe indicated in the cashier section, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and any additional verification requirements. Players must not attempt to reverse or dispute a transaction through their payment provider without first contacting okber support, as doing so may be treated as a breach of these terms and could result in account suspension. Any bonuses or promotional credits credited to your account may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal, and these requirements will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is intended purely for recreational entertainment purposes, and okber expressly disclaims any responsibility for gaming losses incurred by players during normal use of the service. Nothing in this limitation of liability section is intended to exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law. 7. Account Suspension & Closure
okber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account has been involved in a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, okber will endeavor to communicate the reason for the suspension and the expected timeline for resolution to the affected player. Players who are found to have created multiple accounts, provided false registration information, or abused promotional offers in bad faith may have all associated accounts closed and any balances held pending a review of the circumstances.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting okber support. Upon closure of an account in good standing and following successful identity verification, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. okber also supports self-exclusion as part of its responsible gaming commitment — players who wish to limit or cease their gaming activity are encouraged to visit the Responsible Gaming page for available options. The okber brand name, logo, and all related marks are the trademarks of the platform operator and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with okber without explicit written permission.
